At EXIN Group we were responsible for setting up and executing an In-House Creative Digital Agency in Barcelona.

Aim of the model is to provide services to the portfolio companies globally, EXIN Ecosystem, with a creative, cost efficient and transparent thought. Connect with the people and get a real understanding on emotional level. Provide services to multiple channels to reach the end customer. Merging traditional and non traditional channels with a more Innovative vision. Provide stories and win the hearts and minds of people, to shift the perception of the Financial Services Industry.

Enable opportunities to participate whole emphasizing and relating them to the brand values. Deliver High Quality content, for each digital platform, which engages with the audience thus creating a viral effect to reach mass media pushing this industries’ creative boundary forward with interesting narratives. We created the EXIN Intranet.

A digital platform where all employees where able to share their work, presentations, video’s, documents with clients. An internal contest was done to come up with the name.

Together with the HR department we created an Employee Handbook and other materials for employee on boarding. A better on boarding experience leads to satisfying employees who stay longer on board.

As part of a better employee engagement we created the Tutorial Platform. Simple explained video’s on how tools, software or daily use of the office should be done. A better Engagement leads commitment, motivation, trust and loyalty.

A monthly returning video was the ‘In Focus’ serie which came out on the EXIN intranet. We created personal videos of colleagues explaining about different subjects, from why we have chosen specific software, openfloor seating or how our brand is developed. We created this serie to raise more understanding of the full operations.

For one of the sponsships, CSIO Barcelona, we created a mobile app for visitors to have an overview of all riders, live results and timetables during the events. We created teasers and a download video for the app to promote the event. Portrait video’s on shared values were pushed as notifications during the event through the app and social media.
